Connect Memory Bank MCP

If MCP is missing after link install, reinstall and reload.

1. Open the install link again and confirm install or update for memory-bank.
2. Restart Cursor or reopen the agent session.
3. Run "Create Memory Bank via mcp" in the agent to verify MCP is connected.

If MCP is not detected, fix config scope and reload the client.

1. Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json or .cursor/mcp.json and keep one valid "memory-bank" entry in the scope you need.
2. Save config and fully restart Cursor or the agent.
3. Run "Create Memory Bank via mcp" in the agent to verify MCP is connected.

If MCP is missing, reinstall it. If that still fails, remove the old entry manually.

1. Run the reinstall command.
2. If the issue persists, remove mcp.servers.memory-bank from Cursor settings.
3. Restart or reopen the agent session, then run "Create Memory Bank via mcp" to verify MCP is connected.

If MCP is not detected, fix config scope and reload the client.

2. Save config and fully restart Codex or the agent session.
3. Run "Create Memory Bank via mcp" in the agent to verify MCP is connected.

If MCP is missing, remove the old registration and add it again.

1. Run the remove command.
2. Run the install command again.
3. Restart or reopen your agent session.
4. Run "Create Memory Bank via mcp" in the agent to verify MCP is connected.
